At Lashcourt, we value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- We require at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a $20 fee.
No-Shows
- If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a $30 fee will apply.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and the cancellation/no-show fee may still apply.
