Lashcourt Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Lashcourt, we value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a direct impact on our small business. They prevent us from accommodating other clients who are waiting for appointments and result in lost income that cannot be recovered. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time:

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a $20 fee.

No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a $30 fee will apply.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and the cancellation/no-show fee may still apply.
